Thank you God for this teaching on today; thank you Rick for this teaching. One thing that I didn't fully understand about God's omnipresent ability is the point you made about the place where I may have just left, God is still there; the place that I may be going to at this very moment, God is already there. I was one of those that just understood "omnipresent" to mean he is everywhere, which is true, but never thought of it the way you described it. Thank God for that revelation. I also used to think that satan knew my thoughts. Thank God for the revelation to know that satan can only know my thoughts when I reveal them, or speak them out loud. HALLELUJAH!!! To God be the glory. Thanks again Rick; God bless you and your family, and your ministry.

Bezel,
I don't know how long you have been reading Today's Word, but it's obvious that you are new to my writings. If you were a subscriber of Today's Word you would know that I teach on faith quite a bit and I know the difference between hope and faith. I have actually taught on the difference many times and you posting led me to teach on it again today. Please see today's posting and let me know if you still have any questions/concerns. God Bless.

Faith is confident assurance that God will do what He said He would do...i totally disagree with this definition because it deals with God doing something in the future(hope).faith is in the NOW not in what God WILL do,it doesnt look forward to the blessing of God coming to pass,it possess all things..John 3:36 He that Believeth....hath! Mark 11:24at the point of asking in prayer, you're to believe that you recieved what you asked for ,thats faith not hoping that God WILL do!

Once again Brother Pina, a very timely and on-point word. In church on yesterday, the message was "Building A Legacy"; and one of the junior ministers taught the importance of teaching our children about the love of God, and setting the example of how to serve the Lord. The text was Deut 6:4-9. The word you presented on today just echoed that teaching and re-enforced the fact that it is MY responsibility as a father to teach my children about the Lord; I can't rely on the youth ministries and the elders and teachers of the church. IT STARTS AT HOME! Thank you brother Pina for a timely and much needed word. To God be the glory!
