Living Testimonies of God’s Infinite Kindness

by Rick

Today, we continue our series entitled “Laser Focus,” with the point being that we should live with a Laser Focus on the Fixed Purpose God established for us before the world began.

This is the main scripture we will be looking at this year:

(Proverbs 4:25 TPT)

Set your gaze on the path before you. With fixed purpose, looking straight ahead, ignore life’s distractions.

Today, we will also look at:

(Ephesians 2:2-7 TPT)

2 It wasn’t that long ago that you lived in the religion, customs, and values of this world, obeying the dark ruler of the earthly realm who fills the atmosphere with his authority, and works diligently in the hearts of those who are disobedient to the truth of God.

3 The corruption that was in us from birth was expressed through the deeds and desires of our self-life. We lived by whatever natural cravings and thoughts our minds dictated, living as rebellious children subject to God’s wrath like everyone else.

4 But God still loved us with such great love. He is so rich in compassion and mercy.

5Even when we were dead and doomed in our many sins, he united us into the very life of Christ and saved us by his wonderful grace!

6 He raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ!

7 Throughout the coming ages we will be the visible display of the infinite riches of his grace and kindness, which was showered upon us in Jesus Christ.

So, what does this mean to you today?  A few things.

1. Unveiling the Depth of God’s Love and Kindness.

— We should remember our lives before Christ, acknowledging our separation and disobedience, to fully appreciate the depth of God’s intervening love and grace.

— God’s boundless love and mercy reached us in our most unworthy state, highlighting the sheer unearned nature of His grace.

— Our transformation is a testament to God’s grace: from spiritual death to a grace-filled life and from wrath to favor. This only happened because of JESUS!

— Being united with Christ isn’t just symbolic; it’s our entry point into experiencing the tangible kindness (favor) of God daily.

— Our ascension with Christ into the heavenly realms marks our shift from earthly defeat to spiritual authority. It’s not that we are going to overcome darkness; it’s already done! Satan is defeated!

— As co-seated with Christ, we should embrace our new identity and authority, enabling us to live victoriously. We do this by receiving and sharing God’s kindness everywhere we go.

— The foundation of our new life in Christ is God’s unwavering love, shaping us and our purpose, making us vessels of His kindness (His grace and favor).

2. The Present Reality of Living in God’s Kindness.

— God’s kindness sustains us day by day, guiding our steps and enriching our lives with His unending grace and mercy.

— The kindness of God leads us into deeper repentance, transforming our hearts and aligning our desires with His will.

— We are called to manifest the fruits of God’s kindness in every interaction, decision, and relationship, becoming living testimonies of His love. This is #TheGraceLife.

— Through our lives, God’s kindness has the power to break through darkness, heal wounds, and restore hope to the brokenhearted.

— Kindness serves as our spiritual armor (a hedge), protecting us from external attacks (people and things) and internal (despair, depression, etc.), enabling us to stand firm in the faith.

— God invites us to embrace radical generosity, reflecting His heart through acts of kindness that flow from us to others.

— By fostering a community rooted in God’s grace, favor, and kindness, we create a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and loved, mirroring the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

3. Eternal Witnesses of God’s Grace and Kindness.

— We are destined to be the living displays of God’s grace and kindness, showcasing His infinite riches throughout eternity.

— The legacy we build now, rooted in kindness, will echo through generations, showcasing God’s enduring love and grace.

— Our transformed lives serve as powerful evangelistic tools, drawing others to Christ through the visible evidence of God’s kindness.

— We look forward to the eternal glory that awaits us, where the full spectrum of God’s kindness will be unveiled in unimaginable ways. But for now, we get to be conduits of God’s love, grace, and kindness in this world!

— With eager anticipation, we await the age to come, ready to fully experience and bask in the wealth of God’s kindness in Jesus Christ. But we don’t wait to display God’s goodness. We do that now, every day, as conduits of God’s love and light in this world.

— Living with an eternal perspective, we navigate daily life as ambassadors of God’s kindness (favor); we don’t wait to go from earth to heaven someday; we aim to bring heaven to earth every day.

Declaration of Faith:

Father, I acknowledge and cherish Your immense love and kindness that rescued me from darkness. You snatched me like a brand from the burning!

I celebrate my new life and identity in Christ, understanding I’m a vessel of Your grace and kindness.

Daily, I commit to manifesting Your kindness in my words, actions, and relationships.

I embrace the call to reflect Your kindness, knowing it has the power to heal, restore, and change lives.

Father, guide me to build a legacy that magnifies Your grace and kindness for generations to come.

As I live in Your favor daily, I draw closer to You and lead others to experience the power of Your love and grace.

GREATER IS COMING FOR ME because I live to glorify Your name in this world! I declare this by faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is Today’s Word. Apply it and prosper!
